1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Limitless Blogger (“we”, “us”, “the Site”), operating the website at limitlessblogger.com, handles personal data. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, write to [email protected].

2. The short version

We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles of individual readers. You can read almost everything on this site without giving us anything at all. The only personal data we hold is what you deliberately send us — a message, a newsletter signup, a comment — plus the ordinary technical records every web server keeps.

3. What we collect, and why

3.1 Information you give us deliberately

  • Contact form and email. Your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange.
  • Newsletter subscription. Your email address, and the date and source of the signup. We use it only to send the newsletter you asked for. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
  • Comments, where enabled. The name, email address and comment text you submit, plus your IP address and browser user agent, which are collected to help detect spam.

3.2 Information collected automatically

Our web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and device type. These logs exist to keep the site running, diagnose faults and identify abuse such as automated scraping or attacks.

If website analytics are enabled on the Site, they are configured to measure aggregate traffic patterns — which articles are read, roughly where readers come from — rather than to track identified individuals across the web.

3.3 What we do not collect

We do not ask for financial information, government identifiers, or any special category data. We do not knowingly build cross-site advertising profiles of our readers.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the following: consent for the newsletter and for any non-essential cookies; legitimate interests for security logging, spam prevention and understanding aggregate readership; and legal obligation where we are required to retain or disclose information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This Site may use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function, including session and security cookies, and a cookie recording your consent choices.
  • Preference cookies — remembering choices such as a comment author name.
  • Analytics cookies — where analytics are enabled, used to measure aggregate traffic.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Site; blocking the others will not.

6. Advertising and embedded content

Articles may embed third-party content such as videos or social media posts. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited that third party’s own website, and those providers may set their own cookies and collect their own data. Where advertising is displayed, it is labelled, and any advertising network involved processes data under its own privacy policy.

7. Who we share information with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the Site, and only to the extent they need it. These typically include our web host, our email newsletter provider, and spam filtering services. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

8. How long we keep things

  • Server access logs: typically 30 to 90 days.
  • Contact form messages and email correspondence: for as long as needed to handle the matter, and normally no longer than two years afterwards.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus a short record of the unsubscribe so we do not email you again by mistake.
  • Comments: for as long as the comment remains published.

9. Where your information is processed

Our hosting and service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism recognised by the relevant regulator.

10. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Administrative access is restricted and protected by strong, unique credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to receive a copy of data you provided in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity first.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you are entitled to complain to your national data protection authority.

12. Children

This Site is intended for adults and for a general professional audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Links to other sites

Our articles link to external websites. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before providing them with personal data.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site changes or as the law changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the Site.

15. Contact
